The enemy will first try to convince u not to go to church and give u what appears to b legitimate excuses. Then when u dont go to church, he will make u feel guilty for not going and make u question your faith & commitment to The Lord. Then when no one calls or messages to find out why u were not at church he will make u feel alone and like u never really mattered to anyone n the church anyways. He is winning so far my friend. He has slipped n by way of excuse, and when given that foothold, he will keep pressing n with the purpose of dividing u from the body & eventually destroying u. We dont go to church to impress others, to c who all likes our latest trendy clothes, to b noticed, or for any other carnal reason, we go to worship God, to come together n like faith, to build one another up n our most Holy Faith, to pray for one another, encourage one another, to b strengthened spiritually & fed the Word of God and to Praise Him!!! When u r battling whether or not to go, whether or not u fit n, whether or not u r really saved, do this: Dont wait to get to the building to start having church, b the church right where u r and come n to the building where we join together already having defeated the enemy & singing Gods praises!!! Everytime u open your Bible, u pray, u join with those n like faith n Jesus whether n a church, school house, job site, u defeat the enemy!!! The enemy doesnt want us to join together, because he knows we r stronger together. Dont let him divide u n your heart or thoughts by feeding on his lies that maybe u shouldnt attend church services because its not like anyone even notices u r missing, or u can just watch preaching on tv. We need to come together. We need u and u need us. We r stronger together and u do matter. Defeat the enemy, beloved!!! Begin now having church and we will continue to have church together n the place we assemble. To God b the glory, honor and praise now & forevermore.
