The ethnic cleansing of the remaining Hindus from Kashmir (The majority left in 1989), the shrinking of minorities in Pakistan (Hindus dropped from 16% post-partition to 3%, killings of Shias and Ahmediyyas), and Bangladesh bring into question whether Islam is capable of coexistence with any other ideology. It also brings into question whether selective secularism can be practised, with different standards in different regions. Whether settle-anywhere policy can be imposed on the rest of India, but the Muslim majority state of Kashmir be protected by article 370.
