In his testimony he said, The problem cannot be denied anymore… I do believe this can work in an incredible way, from a grassroots level, that the money can get to and prevent, truly prevent, homelessness. That’s where it lies. You can’t keep picking people up; you have to stop them from falling. That’s what I hope. Thank you.” Williams insisted that for every film or event he did, the producers must employee a certain number of homeless people. (Briscoe, littlethings, 2014).... My dear Friends, Families, Enemies..... Prevention pays......and crisis mismanagement and chaos cost if we include long-term, public costs and benefits in our public budgets...and include real accounting for hidden risks that grow into costs through time.....and include real accounting for the very positive genetic potentials in every seed, seedling, soil that wants to grow upwards toward light to produce abundance for All 100%...even for the 1%... Numerous religions, especially Judaism verify that positive actions cause positive outcomes, blessings for All 100% to share....and that negative actions cause negative outcomes easy, cheap, quick, curse that costs too many. Yet some limit their counts to mechanical, artificial counts of a cash-driven system that crushes productivity, positive potentials of life and land on earth.....to blind us and limit our vision to the immediate, obvious, privatized walls and barriers of privatized, anaerobic bank accounts of a secretive cash-driven 1% of erroneous, deadly assumptions that threaten human civilization. But some just dont get it and limit their counts to the private, immediate, obvious self of thick, dense walls to blind many. But they are wrong, limiting their vision and caring to the immediate, obvious, privatized self while blindly crushing and destroying their own childrens futures. The cash-driven 1% assume erroneously that take from the many to get for a cash-driven 1% but are wrong, very, very wrong....and cannot blind us and manufacture enough lies to rewrite scientific consensus of human civilization of hundreds, thousands of years, laws of nature or moral laws of reciprocity that need keen vision and wisdom that reaches far beyond the obvious to protect the many, the innocent from a blinded, cash-driven 1% of only one obvious, everyday, obvious now. Humans have used human cash as a tool to build great cities and great civilizations for thousands of years.....but thick walls and barriers of urban sprawl also crushes life and land and fragile seeds, seedlings and soils, blocking light that any need to find and access the critical productivity of critical flows such as breathable oxygen as O2, drinkable water as H2O, rich, organic topsoil and soilmakers that humans need to grow food enough to eat and shelter enough to laugh....critical flows produced freely by natures wonders far beyond the obvious of urban walls to flow into our cities freely to keep humans in cities alive day to day and minute to minute. But the cash-driven 1% erect thick walls and barriers to obstruct the critical flows, free flows of critical information and resources from natures generosity........erecting cruel toll booths to profit privately from natures wonders impossible to count in human cash.....crushing critical flows and producers, instead....to cause Hell on earth while blaming my god. We dont need the lies or the walls and barriers and negative force to grow Heaven on earth. We need the cash-driven to help balance our public budget by honoring and respecting natures rights to produce amazing, free, abundant critical flows of O2, H2O, soil, food, shelter for the many, for the 100%.....even with the 1%.....and help build safe, affordable access to those critical flows produced freely by natures genius... When humans block critical flows from natures productivity and wonders far beyond the obvious in rich, green, riparian watersheds that produce critical flows for US....then human cities and civilizations begin to die....as the Romans and Mayans grasped for war to take from others to get for the private self when they also smothered the productivity of their rich, organic soils and greens.
