The evolution of fitness will eventually turn to focusing on health first. This is the most under used and the most important piece of the puzzle. Right now the industry is backwards and so are we by industry standards. When the trend starts to shift we will be miles ahead of the curve! Start to focus less on calories and crazy workout DVDs and chain facilities, less on scales and diets or shakes and supplements, its all smoke and mirrors. Start to focus more on quality fuel taking care of yourself and training properly and the weight loss will happen and stay.
