The eyes of my heart opened on a new level this evening. Its amazing what a dose of the Holy Spirit will do to a girls heart, mind & soul. Even the physical presence shines with a glow that has no other explanation other than HIS PRESENCE, PEACE & PROMISES. Friends, I had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours with Brandie & Wes today in a warm, cozy room filled with a presence so thick, Im not sure words could describe it... There were others there, too. Each person present, a reminder of the sovereign God we serve, carried a purpose & part in His Plan. I can barely wait to write more on todays encounter, in the days to come, but tonight I felt God had a sweet word for someone & it needed to be heard now : Theres a sweet presence among us & He longs for us to know Him deeper, wider & more intimate than we ever have. Brandie, you inspired me today to return to a place in my walk of total surrender. When I walked into your hospital room today, I subconsciously was expecting a cold, uncomfortable hospital room. When instead, I found a warm & safe place filled with the sweetest aroma of heaven invading earth. When I walked into your room, I was expecting you to appear weak & physically affected in some way. When instead, I found a strong woman with a gleaming countenance on her face that glowed like only the Spirit of God can do! You look as strong & BEAUTIFUL on the outside as you have displayed from the inside : May He get all the GLORY! Praise Him for your beauty & peace. Someone who has taken the time to read this long post, Hes your word : God loves you. You are worthy. Gods plan & purpose, from your limited perspective, will not make sense, but His Presence, Peace & Promises are TRUE regardless of where you currently stand. Be still & know He is God. Pray without ceasing & give thanks in all circumstances. For the Lord our God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power, love & self control. Go boldly to His Throne, with faith, in obedience & HE WILL ANSWER YOUR PRAYERS! Brandie, thank you for allowing us to visit with you today. You are precious! And you are precious to me.
