HB1 is expected to pass this year as a compromised bill. HB1 is for legalization of CBD only oil for children. I got an E-Mail from Representative Allen Peakes office the week before last saying they were adding a low dose THC oil to the bill. This THC oil would be between 3 to 5% and the percentage would be determined by MMJ experts. Granted this is far below the average of medical grade cannabis averaging around the 25% range. This is still a huge step for Georgia, and having medical cannabis available. Thanks to Allen Peake for his work on this issue.
