The factions in a tribal battle come to an agreement. The two factions of the Paskenta Band of the Nomlaki Indians agreed that operations at Rolling Hills Casino and other tribal properties to remain under existing management until an election in September. The dispute started in April when 70 tribal members were ousted. The ousted members have repeatedly tried to take charge of the casino. The election will take place September 13th with a 3rd party overseeing the election.
