The family of Edin Lopez of Plano, Illinois, is in critical need of another automobile. Edin is a Lutheran from Guatemala who moved to this country several years ago with his aunt and her husband who was an LCMS missionary in Guatemala. He is now married to his wife Oralia and they have two children, Edin Jr. and Caleb. Edin has to work two full-time jobs to barely make ends meet since his wife sustained a back injury a few years ago at her work and is now of limited mobility. July 20th he was involved in an automobile accident on his way home from one of his jobs and the car was totaled. The family desperately needs a vehicle for Edin to get to his two jobs. If you have a working car please consider donating it to LCC for this family. All vehicles that are donated to LCC go directly out to families or individuals through our congregations.
