The family of missing man John Preston are urging anyone who has any information about his whereabouts to contact the police. John’s wife, Lindsey, his daughter Georgia (20) and son Will (19) appealed to John to contact the police or his family to let them know he is safe and well. Lynsey said: “We just want John home, it’s coming up to three weeks on Monday since he was last seen and even though the police have had some reports of possible sightings there have been no further developments.” Specialist officers are assisting the family and PC Penny Smith of the Counties missing from home team said: “This is an extremely distressing time for the family and we are supporting them and actively following up any leads identified, however we would urge anyone who has any information about John’s whereabouts to contact us immediately and not to delay the call to the police. “If you have any information then please contact 101 or the missing persons helpline on 116 000.”
