The fast track internet non-neutrality thing is all about controlling propaganda/advertising and how capitalism and nationalism depends on that. Power has always controlled information, and so susceptible hearts and minds. Thats what makes it power. Power needs its benevolent father image to do this. No need for everyone to know, just obey, that is where manufactured morality is accessible for all. These early years of internet will be known as the brief period where some semblance of information and opinion neutrality was still active. Television and radio has already been nearly completely subsumed by power. Banality Internet is sure to follow. But there are still a few cracks in the system letting in a few shards of light.
