The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. I am learning that it is only when the Spirit of the fear of the Lord is upon us that God can truly trust us with the other manifestations of the Spirit! It is in this place where the Father unlocks heavenly secrets and mysteries we never even knew existed! As we pursue this and make it our priority then the other manifestations like wisdom, revelation, counsel, knowledge and might will operate with a greater glory on them. They will operate greater and have heavens wind and presence on them. The fear of the Lord is to depart from evil. It is the place that keeps us from becoming prideful, arrogant or having a casual approach to the Father! The fear of The Lord keeps us teachable and guards us from compromising our walk of holiness, or misusing our authority, gifting, callings or power. The fear of The Lord keeps us in the center and if we do go left or right we can hear His voice to come back to the center. The fear of the Lord brings us into His presence and it keeps us in His presence! When we are in Gods presence, we do not want to sin. We do not want to do anything that would change our proximity to the Father! Father I want to know this part of You and I now step into this place by faith! I step into this place of reverence and awe and asked to be marked by the spirit of the fear of The Lord. (Your thoughts or comments)
