The federal government gave $5.7 billion to vaccine manufacturers in 2011. This option replaces needles in a way that reduces the overall dosage needed while increasing the immune response. This could effectively reduce the cost of vaccines by 90%. I think before we should even consider this we should debate whether the governor of New Jersey misused funds for personal gain and then look at whether Benghazi couldve been avoided.
