The federal govt now has SOLE DISCRETION OVER WHETHER YOU LIVE OR DIE. The federal govt gets to decide what medicines, procedures or treatments EVERY American is allowed to get, UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY CASH FOR EVERYTHING. And the VAST MAJORITY of stupid Americans have been voting to keep this welfare system of federal control since the first day medicare was passed. ALL THE WHILE WE WATCH THE FEDERAL GOVT THREATEN TO MURDER AMERICAN CITIZENS TO SAVE A TURTLE.
