The feelings of the ocean are so therapeutic. Part of this therapy has to do with the salt water and the detoxifying properties it offers. The salt water helps eliminate negative energy, relax the muscles, and releases unwanted stress. If you are unable to take a dip in the ocean or take in the beautiful sea air, take a salt bath in the tub and use your imagination to take you to the favorite ocean front you desire. This bath can bring back balance and peace. The other message that came through for today... the intake of water must be upped when we are making changes in our lives or going through challenges. As our bodies are re-calibrating with the new energy of the shift or changes, hydration helps the flow. So if we are grieving the loss of a relationship or a loved one, water helps the feelings move through our bodies. If we are faced with fear and changes with work/career and consciously working through them, water will help the process along for the brain clarity to move through the decision making and problem solving process. Coconut water and mineral water are excellent choices too especially if you are feeling the water is going right through you.
