The festival aims to bring the arts and the community together, encouraging visitors and neighbors to take a gander at some of the talent in the area. It gets people out, away from the Internet away from their computers, it gets them out talking to people and enjoying the nice day, said Deb Dunbar whose son is competing in the art festival.
