The fighters from Celtic Dragon are preparing to represent their country in Italy at the Kick Boxing World Championships. Over the coming months a number of fundraising events will be kicking off ( excuse the pun) to ensure that the team can make the journey. We are dependent on the generosity of the our family and friends and local businesses to get us there. For the purpose of fundraising for the team a major fight night will be held in the Rhu Glen, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny on 17th May 2014. There will be fighters from all around the country with title fights to be decided. It is a great night and hugely enjoyable so if you have not been to one before now is your chance. All of the fighters from Celtic Dragon DMA are local with most training for 10 plus hours a week. They are totally dedicated to their sport and passionate about representing their country. James (my son) cannot talk about anything else morning noon and night. Join us on the night and kick start the road to Italy for James (10 years old) and his team mates. Put the date in your diary Saturday 17th May. See you there!!!!
