The final chapter with my Beach Body #3DayRefresh adventure. Bottom line, this was a Two Thumbs up experience! I lost weight AND inches YEAH!! Probably my most memorable moment was yesterday morning upon waking up I wasnt starving and my stomach somehow felt...hmmm, clean feeling?! Not sure how to describe the nonacidy feeling or lack of tummy grumbling that I experience on most other days. I thought stomach gurgling was a normal feeling until I felt how it feels to have my digestion system reset. Its the first time that I can remeber ever feeling that airy fresh feeling in my stomach, sort of like how it feels when you inhale after eating a mint. And my energy level was STRONG, not sluggish. So heres where I started & finished. When I returned from vacation last Wednesday, I weighed 157 (junk food binge) and this morning our FitBit scale cheered out 152.4!! As a bonus I also lost 1 inch in the hips and 3/4 inch in the waist!! Heck, Ill take every small step forward...its progress baby!! Earlier this year I changed careers to focus on helping busy people find their way back to being healthy while they juggle their chaotic day to day activities. Theres a method to the madness and I figured it out with the help from my personal fitness coach, Becky Schroeder. In 3 months not only was I able to discover a healthier Cindi, I also found an insane passion level in fitness & health that I didnt have in my career evangelizing technology & software.
