The final day of my 5 day music challenge and Ive realised I need another 365 days hs ha. As this has fallen at the beginning of the festive season Ive posted my two fave xmas songs. I always say its not xmas til Ive heard the Pogues. Its just got a bit of everything. The Christmas feeling with the celtic feel to it. Humour and tragedy together. Makes me realise the talent that was in the late Kirsty McColl too. Greg Lake is from another of my favourite prog bands, ELP. This song is a serious one about the battle of traditional xmas values and todays materialistic, money making world.
