The final part You have heard stories of despair and loss, now - TopicsExpress

The final part You have heard stories of despair and loss, now it’s time for stories of happiness and victory. My sister would say that I attract the friendship of great people, the comments and messages I have received are testament to that, and the same is true even here in China. I have met some people here, an almost immeasurable amount, that have taken me to their hearts and on my return to Barbados may miss me as much as many of you at home do now. To list them by name may take a long time so I will list them by country and I do this to show that as big as this world is and the endless number of cultures and experiences that exist within it, people are innately good and equal. China, American, Grenada, Guyana, Trinidad, Russia, Mongolia, Israel, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Korea, Laos, Vietnam, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iraq, Kenya, Congo, Zambia, South Africa, Dominica, Cuba, Panama, Suriname, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Italy, Australia, Samoa, Madagascar, Tonga, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Fiji, Syria, Jamaica, Japan, Thailand, Ecuador and the list continues but you get the point. All the friends I learnt, drank and had fun with in Wuhan. All the skaters in Wuhan (Gao Fei in particular) that took me in as a brother and showed some amazing spots. All my classmates that helped me, and even learnt a few things from me. All the car guys and racers that invited me to work and drive with them. Neverminder Yang , my Chinese brother who literally took me be with family and friends for Chinese new year and had me as a guest at his wedding. This man affected me in ways I could never express. The RC club that found me crashing my first helicopter and turned me into an “ok” helicopter and “good” fixed wing pilot. All the partiers, All the friends, All the beautiful ladies, All the Jokers. I left friends and family behind in Barbados when I came to China and now I will do it again, just reversed, when I leave China. I hope it is not good bye forever. With that said, it is time to end this. I have many more stories to tell when I get home stories that I will tell my entire life. See you at home people and I will take welcome home gifts in the form of Shepherd’s Pie and Heineken. The End
