The final song of The Night Of A Thousand Songs in support (and honour) of Newfoundlands own Ron Hynes was the best-known of all Rons songs. There may have never before been such a fantastic wealth of Newfoundland talent together on one stage, all offering up their gifts to and for that man. Alan Doyle, Cory Tetford, Paul Kinsman, Glenn Simmons, Sandy Morris, Joel Thomas Hynes, Billy Sutton, Lori Cooper, The Once, Liz Solo, Coleen Power, The Dardanelles, Amelia Curran, Larry Foley, Karen Ennis, Jenny Gear, Duane Andrews, Glen Tilley, Crooked Stovepipe, Kelly Russell, Greg Malone - among other.
