The finished watching HBO go series TREME....a powerful series that looks at rebuilding devastated lives and landscape of NewOrleans following hurricane Katrina...the music in this series as well as the notable array of artists and musicians has its own captivating place In this series...I am so incredibly impressed....the individual stories and drama that is intertwined as you learn that all is not back to normal in the Big Easy....and the music that tells the heart wrenching stories along with the visual disaster the players must cope with while fighting for justice and inclusion in their home town...this series is powerful and I love it...the news has been quiet lately about the clean up and restructuring of the ninth Parrish as well as other hard hit communities in New Orleans...their is much they wish to keep secret as they rebuild the city with a few minor changes...its apt to get your activist blood boiling...as it has mine....well its time for the next episode...
