The first Korn album was released on October 11, 1994. I still remember listening to it on my Walkman in my backyard during high school. The self-titled album had a very big impact on me, and I think that it is a landmark recording of its genre, changing the sound of rock music of that time. It also convinced me starting to play bass, as the first songs I tried to play were from this album. Exactly 20 years later, I will see two bands live, that, I think, are changing the sound of rock music nowadays: Animals As Leaders and TesseracT.
