The first Swiss registered Gulfstream G650 (HB-IVJ) has been given a special livery. It advertises for Baha Mar, the luxury resort of in the Bahamas.......The G650 achieved an impressive short take-off distance at Bern Airport in Switzerland.......The pilots engaged the reverse thrust during taxi to slow down the plane. The reverser helps to keep the brakes cool and fully operational when needed. Braking excessively does not only wear out the brakes more quickly but increases the danger of glowing hot wheel brakes.
