The first day is the craziest, and it’s crunch time, so this is going to be short and sweet. Popped off my progress pics while it was still somewhat dark outside and got into the gym in time to get everything done and finally not have to do a two a day! 30 min fasted cardio moderate intensity and finished my book (my goal for today, next up is the Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest - anyone finish the series?), tofu and pb, and then stayed in the ladies area because it was just about empty. Same high volume style as yesterday, but this time it was 4 sets of chest press at 45, lat pulldown at 55 3 sets lateral raises with 12 lbs and standing calf raises 3 sets triceps pressdowns 17.5 lbs and preacher curl machine 40 lbs 3 sets reverse crunches and 2 sets of 25 deep air squats I just couldn’t muster doing stepmill HIIT today too (I will tomorrow!), so I did it on the elliptical - level 16 as fast as I could for 0:20, steady pace at level 13 for 0:40 for 10 mins. I had to fly, but rinsed off and wore the same nice cream flowery dress that I wore last fall for the first day. I didn’t even sit at my desk until 3:30 because I was teaching non-stop, eating during lectures and constantly running off to the bathroom. 3 gals is the goal, getting water wasted! I got some clearance groceries, prepped a bunch and got my peacock and muscle print leggings (pics to come) and my INBF card. That means I might as well find an INBF show for the late spring ;)
