The first nine years of my ministry was spent as an Associate Minister. I understand that in that role all I was simply a member of the church with a license to preach. I sought to be a good member. I was on time, present to study, serve and pray not just to preach. I gave of my talent, time, and treasure. Because I have been in that spot I have NO RESPECT OR REGARD for lazy, sorry, unreliable ASSociate ministers. Random thought. I am done
