The first of many shipment notifications went out a few minutes ago. It was prior to 5pm (meaning it shipped today and those of you who have shipping information should see the track active out of Las Vegas, NV - if you do NOT see an active track, hit us up via email - sales@vapeoverload), so they will be home in 2-4 days via USPS Priority Mail. We really appreciate all of the outstanding patience you all have shown us throughout this process. Were old enough (not sure about wise enough) to know when were slacking, and were slacking. Not because were directly causing it, but because we dont have a better handle and control over our factory. We had close to 10 rejects in our first box, mainly due to stupid shit like packing and handling errors during the build process. On our website, we write things like We dont send out pieces of shit.. because we dont. We refuse to be treated like a company who is selling subpar cloned products, because that simply isnt what we are. From the Hand Finishing each one of your Unicorns, to the replacement of magnets that came from the factory, to hand checking EVERY single one of these beautiful creatures.. This is what authentic means. We actually give a shit, and sometimes that means we cant send you something we know youll be unhappy about. I know its a difficult thing, especially when you see other people headed out to shipment - but we can promise you one thing: The day you see that package in your mailbox, open it up, and see what we have remixed.. is the day that you are going to see what authentic really means. At the end of the day, our products cannot differ all that much.. But we.. we can make the world of difference, and it happens one day at a time.
