The first of my 12 Poems, this time with correct syntax and a few - TopicsExpress

The first of my 12 Poems, this time with correct syntax and a few lines which escaped me in the sheer rawness and turmoil when this burst forth: The one primordial rhythm Your Damaru beats, Unknowable, beyond comprehension to mortal ears. None exist, None can ever know, None witness, The wonder, the glory, the grace of Your Unborn Completeness. You move Your Limbs in wild abandon In the Dance of Death and Destruction! Chaos reigns supreme, then Stillness sweet sublime. You lift the veil, make me See, only Death sets me free. In Your Dance of Destruction, Lies the seed of all Creation. What I strived lifetimes to build You shatter now to bits, Ceaseless lifetimes of endless cultivation Lies ravaged in Your fields of destruction. Your blade at my throat I finally See! I AM the earth, the mountain, the grass, the dew, the forest and tree, The ship, the mast, the rig, the storm, the heaving sea, The flame, the lamp, the lantern, raging fire around me, The cloud, the roaring wind, the soothing breeze, The clash of steel, the hoarse shouts of fighting men, the brother screaming beside me, The blessed sun, the sky, the stars, the very air I breathe, The ant, the horse, the eagle, fish in the sea, all is me. Within The Nothing where Nothing can Nothing Be, Only That Nothing can Everything Be. Tat Tvam Asi! Kill me You must. How else can I stop this endless cycle of pain, pleasure, anger, fear, love, greed and lust? Or would You have me eternally struggle In this gilded cage for Your momentary pleasure? And NOW in Your Deathless Eyes I See Even the blade is me, Every breath is Death I See, And even Death is me. Now I KNOW the You that is me! Plunge the blade fast, straight and deep, let me become the You that is me! Unmake me Lord, my Shambho, unmake me! Let Your Glance shatter This world of trivialities and inane pitter-patter! Unmask these shadowy fragile faces, Tear apart these confining walls in terrifying paces, Burn this clay, Do as You may Until only You stay! O The Lightless Light that Lights the Light that Lights the Light of my Life, I plead Thee, Unmake me! Plant Your Seed in me! Set me free! Har Har Mahadev! ~ Fire In The Wind
