The first picture is what our tree looked like at 1:30 am last night when I finished wrapping gifts. (it doesnt look like this now. More like a Christmas explosion). The 3 kiddos (minus Sophie) woke up about 8 and are working on their gifts. Theyre all very happy. Sophie incredibly is STILL sleeping (its twenty minutes to 10 now!) which is not usual. I am guessing all the Christmas commotion just overwhelms her. But she tries so hard. The pictures of Sophie are from last night. I mentioned she retreated upstairs for most of the party (the other kids were there too she was running happily around all the bedrooms) but we did get her down for a bit of raspberries and opening presents. She did show more interest than ever before! As you can see she gave her gift a long examining look and even glanced with interest at mine :). (thats her grandparents in the back) So I will let her sleep for now. She probably wouldnt be impressed with the chaotic state of our living room anyway.
