The first time he pulled on the left of us his wide held the badge like it really means something while under the influence on lakeshore dr, the officer the came to a light and pulled to the right of us as shown in the video but he notice I was recording so after showing his badge then noticing the camera he puts it down and then began not to say much. His eyes are (in law terms) Glazy (Pay Attention) I also called 911 in which they had no concerns asking me how do I know he is an officer? I replied telling her I worked for the city as a Tma for five yrs and I know how a badge look and we even roll call befor by cpd.
