The first time, it only took Russia a couple of decades to occupy Latvia after declaring that they would respect their independence. Now, were coming to the couple decade mark since reestablishment of independence. Im sick of these strong disappointment statements from the British and American governments. This moves clearly declares Russias imperialist tendencies and it will continue to grow if it goes unchecked.
