Tuesday – Boxacycle 19:00, this class merges two training styles together to create a workout equally intense for you upper body as your lower. We use Group Cycling to increase your C.V and gain muscular endurance and toning in your lower body. Pad and bag work are then used boxing style to have the same effect on your upper body.
