The five year old is doing my head in- I was outside this afternoon and she comes out to ask me to cook some bacon for her. (I need a disguise for bacon if I am going to keep it in the fridge). I told her I was busy and I would come in a few minutes. I enter the house 5 minutes later to find her in the kitchen. She has opened the packet of bacon and has a frying pan on the stove with two pieces of bacon in it. She is in the process of cutting some plastic wrap to cover the opened packet with and moments later I catch her secretively eating the raw rind off the bacon. Eww - she knows this is off limits as a raw food. Now I have to take her to the doctor tomorrow to ask if I should treat her for round worm or not. Argh!
