The recently-finished Congress was also historically unpopular, averaging only 15 percent approval in 2014, according to Gallup, just one point above last years all-time low set by the same Congress. Now Obama threatens to use his veto pen on the 114th Congress which is has a GOP majority (not super majority however) in both houses. This will amount to another unproductive Congress and more ammunition for both parties during the 2016 presidential election season. Ughhhh!
