The focus of the investigations should be on the two MH 370 - TopicsExpress

The focus of the investigations should be on the two MH 370 pilots, one of whom had a flight simulator at home. If suicide bombing is ruled out, then the possibility of a state being complicit in the disappearance of the aircraft -- for whatever reason -- should be considered. In the case of a failed suicide bombing, the aircraft should be lying at the bottom of the southern Indian Ocean. If no suicide bombing, then the aircraft is being held captive somewhere and all its passengers are in quarantine. In that case, how will the story eventually emerge? Or will there be a cover-up to simplify matters? A cover-up is easy if all the passengers die in quarantine. The fact that India is reluctant to join in the search and rescue mission should tell us something. The Indians know more than what they are telling but are likely to remain mum. They would not want to compromise their security in any way. We need to set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry or UN Inquiry on MH 370. The RCI or UN Inquiry should probe the MH 370 Captain having a flight simulator at home; what was done, or not done, when the aircraft deviated from the flight path to Beijing; the turn-back; what was done, or not done, about the turn-back; whether so many nations were sent on a wild goose chase in the South China Sea; what systems do we have in place to be activated when there’s something like MH 370. One lesson from MH 370 is that, as a security precaution, two Muslim pilots should not be rostered to fly together. Likewise, we should not have an all-Muslim cabin crew. We should also keep a watch on Muslim pilots attending ceramah by mad mullahs, being active in missionary activities and work, reading religious books the whole day and/or showing a fanatical bend of mind. Better safe than sorry.
