The following individual was charged on December 31st in Calhoun County Circuit Court with: **Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Class 4 Felony) Richard T. Fulmer Male Age: 56 33 High Street Kampsville, IL Calhoun County Sheriffs Office and Richard Ringhausen States Atty Office investigated the above mentioned crime. Fulmer knowingly carried on or about his person a pistol being a .22 caliber handgun, at a time when the pistol was uncased, loaded, and immediately accessible at the time of the offense and the person possessing the pistol had not been issued a currently valid license under the Firearm Conceal Carry Act. The warrant was issued on Fulmer by the Honorable Charles H.W. Burch. Bond has been set at $10,000.00. Fulmer posted the bond and was released.
