The following is a basic equation (that if prayed on, meditated about, and discussed with wise counselors in ones life, all over a substantial period of time) that works: Discovering Gods major life calling or even a seasonal calling (The Job or the one youd do for free) = Passion(s) (God-honored only) + Experiences (all major life experiences, the good, the bad, and the ugly) + Talents (spiritual gifting, time, and treasure) + Need(s) (what major need or needs are out there in the world that need to be addressed, fixed, helped, restored, healed, mended, etc.) The larger the need or needs tackled the larger the calling.
