Since the result of my posting this message may mean the management of 211 Main may become aware of the names of people who made comments, I would never send this message without the people who made these comments being aware, and approving in advance. Something good may happen if theyre made aware how numerous the not great comments are. Below is the message I was considering sending them, but not without majority approval. Many locals expressed their opinions regarding many aspects of your business. Being local, we are the people who support your business, or not, through the long, cold winters when the tourists dont make the drive.
