The following is what was received from ETON: August 8, 2014 To Whom It May Concern, It was recently brought to our attention that a window display in our Yorkville showroom may have offended certain individuals. We are sincerely sorry for this circumstance and have taken immediate action to remove the display. We would like to make certain that all parties concerned understand that our showroom window feature was a suitcase holding folded shirts which was attached to the ceiling by two ropes. This coupled with the cotton field was meant to simply portray our product’s chief raw material (cotton) and the fact that our shirts are great for travel. We certainly did not mean to offend anyone with this display and sincerely apologize to each and every person may have been offended by it’s appearance.
