The following persons jointly issued this declaration. Last year the "International Wushu Sanda Federation" was formally established in November. We, the inaugural executives, members and parliament members, participated the Federation, are aiming to promote Chinese martial arts. Later we learned that the Federation had no registration, and involved selling certificates without examination and other misconduct activities. Then we resigned from all our positions, and also published resignation statements to the public on Facebook. Later, the Federation was registered on January 28, 2013 under the Hong Kong Police Societies registration license. Recently we learned that the Federation publications and videos still use our personal information, photos, for its members, and other members for publicity. Such conducts deceive the public. Now, our joint statement are issued sternly and all our personal data should be returned. Also, all the information about our personal data for the publications and related videos should be immediately deleted, to avoid misleading the public again. Otherwise, the Privacy Commissioner will be reported and joint complaints legal action by the pursuit of personal information without the knowledge utilized. At the same time, the Federation should publish a public apology on July 15, 2013 at the Oriental Daily News and Apple Daily. Finally, we had already resigned. Please do not do any, by phone, by email, on Facebook and outside, personal disturbance, personal attacks and other acts of intimidation. Hong Kong Law should be obeyed.
