The following positions are needed for one of the International German leading companies in the field of Retail Market who are now operating its Duty Free Shops in the International Airport of Sharm El Sheikh 1- Managing Director: 15-20 years of retail experiences ( code 101) Job Target: High Customer Satisfaction ( via staff satisfaction) Sales development generally higher than PAX-growth Result optimization Job Assignment constructive cooperation with landlord disciplinary personnel management with main focuses in personnel recruitment-development, education and assessment running process and structural optimization(employment of staff, shop surfaces, cooperation with headquarter) planning and analysis of the economic key data and derivation of suitable measures implementation of retail-strategies to the medium-and long-term advancement of the location under special attention of local aspects control of legal parameter. 2- Operation Manager ( code 102) 7-10 years of solid retail operation experiences. will be responsible for running the full operation in Sharm El Sheikh. This position will be reporting to the Managing Director. 3- Assortment Manager ( Merchandising and Sales Analyst) ( code 103) •Professional experience from industry or trade •Business management studies or comparable training -Secure handling of MS-Office / SAP •Good command of English in speaking and writing Duties and responsibilities: •Professional (no disciplinary) leading of the sales staff and contact partner for suppliers •Constructive cooperation with persons in charge of the shop, activity manager, warehouse and market management •Disposition and stock responsibility of all product groups for standard assortment •Responsibility for the execution of the goods presence check and inventories •Assurance of an optimum goods presentation of standard assortment •Analysis of assortment modules •Planning and analysis of business assortment figures -Derivation of measures and activity recommendation in coordination with the retail management and market management 4- Security and Facility Manager: ( code 104) 10 years of related experience preferably in the Tourism Field. Police and Military background is required. 5- Sales Team Leader :( code 105) 4 years of sales experience in retail industries. Very good command of English Language and any other extra languages is a plus. 6- Sales Reps ( code 106) 0-1 year of Sales Experience.
