I wont post again, but thought the censorship was illustrative: While I cant speak for everyone, and wouldnt try, I do find something healthy about wanting to have a say in the direction your life takes. To have at least a balanced degree of input in the fundamental decisions that affect you on a daily basis. I would ask anyone, isnt that what an intelligent, thoughtful and educated person pursues? We have a very bright and adept CEO, with a well-earned contract. Followed by a plethora of skilled executives from all walks of life, all with contracts. Our pilots, those responsible for the hundreds of souls in the seats behind them. All work with, as you may know, a very lucrative, reliable set of rules. Otherwise known as a contract. Again, in business, you dont get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. Animosity often blooms when someone perceives their piece of the pie threatened. I blissfully believe we can actually share in the wealth created. The up times, the down times, all together in pursuit of the furthering of a legendary airline. But each of us should at least have a hand on our own rudder. And no one or company should begrudge an intelligent person for wanting that.
