The following survey has been approved by the RMIT University Ethics Committee and Prof Robinson and his team invite anyone over 20years of age who have experienced brain fog, to participate. Information about the study: Brain fog is a name colloquially used to describe a cluster of cognitive symptoms that are experienced by many people with chronic disorders, such as people with untreated coeliac disease, chronic fatigue syndrome and people suffering from chronic pain conditions. Our project aims to gain a better understanding of the features of brain fog, the factors that trigger it, and how it affects quality-of-life. This information may assist us to identify ways to diagnose, manage and treat the symptoms. If you are aged 20 years or older and believe that you have suffered from brain fog, we would be very grateful if you could complete our online survey: https://rmit.asia.qualtrics/SE/?SID=SV_8pRPuL2CiKSQbmR This link will take you to a Participant Information and Consent form. This will explain more about the aims of the study. If you are willing to proceed after reading the form, you can click on the link to the actual survey. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, and is completely anonymous. Thank you for your support of this important study. Prof. Stephen Robinson, Dr. Gregory Yelland and Ms. Michelle McPhedran
