The food canning/preservation project is moving forward very well. On our last trip in February we were able to construct a solar dehydrater for the group to use as another method to sustain themselves. They have completed the entire unit and have begun dehydrating their food. Praise God for the constant rains Tanzania has had. The crops should be plentiful this growing season and they should be able to can and preserve much of their crops.
