The footage for The Making of was done in two batches, the Tunisia - TopicsExpress

The footage for The Making of was done in two batches, the Tunisia location and the Shillingfords EMI, and the rolls labeled differently. One was numeric, the other alphabetical. The following are the shot logs of Peter Shillingfords rolls of films for The Making of Star Wars featurette. In the UK, they used the term Exploitation for promotion or publicity. Shillingfords material was the final footage shot for the Making of featurette. The featurette was cancelled because it was intended for pre-release promotion, and delays at ILMs production of effects sequences meant the featurette could not be finished in time. This footage was later used for The Making of documentary and everything else which needed historical material.
