The footage of when the security guards of BHS in the Manchester Arndale City Centre wanted me out the store when I was on the way to the toilets because of what I was wearing. The video shows when the police men come to quickly arrest me... Just got out the police station not long ago. Was at the protest and was cutting threw BHS to pop to the toilet. Next min you know Im surrounded by 2 security guards in plain clothes and not representing who they are. They tell me I have leave the store as the customers find it offensive of me being in there. I refused to leave whilst the security guard in plain clothes was trying to grab me. They then called the police which 2 police officers came rushing in and all they wanted to do is to arrest me. But had no reason or a justification of why this was happening to me. Even the public who were in that store were saying the police were in the wrong yet the police didnt want to listen to them but main objection was to arrest me because apparently I was breaching the peace and violent act also supposedly was carrying a weapon. So I gave my phone, wallet and my watch (after I argued the fact that the officer tried to pocket my watch and saying he didnt know where it was, which suddenly appeared from his pocket, later to find out he broke my watch) They then grappled me to the floor and couldnt put the cuffs on me whilst kicking me and punching me with my face forced down on the step with their hand crushing me. After a while they managed to cuff me and slam me in a van and took me to Salford police station, which the woman behind the counter want to slam me up in a cell. Whilst trying to get my details the officer who transported me made his own story up saying I was doing a one man protest in side that store and the general public were scared and I was causing harm to others around me. So I stopped him and refused to give my details because I disagreed to what they said. I said I would like to phone my solicitor or for you to contact them, I would like for you get the CCTV footage of what actually took place and I want to get access to my phone as I have it recorded on my phone. A few mins later she went away and spoke to someone and came back to say I was free to go!
