The four horses of the Apocalypse will descend to earth after the Lamb of God opens the first seal of the heavenly scroll in Rev 6:1-11. First Seal: The White horse will come to conquer mankind. (Rev. 6:1-2) Second Seal: The Red horse will initiate wars. (Rev. 6:3-4) Third Seal: The Black horse will initiate famines, earthquakes, and pestilences. (Rev. 6:5-6) Jesus calls the above events from the 3 Seals the beginning of sorrows. (Mat. 24:4-8) Fourth Seal: The Pale horse, its rider Death and Hades will be given the power to kill one fourth of the earth by the two Beasts. (Rev. 6:7-8) Jesus calls the persecution from the 4th and 5th seals, the days of the Great Tribulation. (Mat. 24:21-22)
