The frogger, also known as the frog jump, is a move we use and recommend all the time for improving strength, flexibility, and motor control. Its one of those few exercises that addresses all three elements of training. In this video, I demonstrate a variation on the frogger that takes the flexibility component a little deeper. If your squat flexibility is not where you want it to be, this one legged frogger variation will help you open up those hips and get a deeper squat. Give it a try!
