But I am seriously thinking about looking for a new DC because the receptionist is abrasive and abrupt more than not. Its like having a bully in the office. The staff seem more motivated to keep her happy than the clients. Everyone rationalizes it-- shes just so busy she doesnt have time ... Im a business person too. If you are too busy, adjust the schedule so u have enough time to treat the clients like they are ... The clients. That is all.
