The sad thing is his proposal is both reasonable and just, had he chosen to undertake it lawfully it would have been a monumental moment for the country. By choosing to throw his middle finger in the face of a country that just resolutely rejected his policies en mass he has absolutely destroyed any chance that this proposal gain lawful adoption.
