The further I am in my program the more I wonder what doctors actually do.... Nurses and CNAs do ALL of the physical aspects of a patients care as well as Ivs, giving them medication, relaying information to labs and collecting/bring labs specimens to be tested and thats just a short job description .... Lab technicians can give you an answer to any problem with a few critical tests that no doctor would have any clue how to perform giving them 90% of patient diagnoses (statistic from my Lab fundamental book) so honestly what do doctors? Im just saying we do all the work and they get all the glory.
